Instructional Coaching & Staff PD

Kim works with all members of a school and district community to support best teaching practices.  She knows how demanding it is to teach today, and she seeks to support educators through rigorous yet exciting professional development.  Her staff development focuses on two areas of instruction: elementary mathematics and the field of ML/ESL/SEI.  With schools, she focuses on equity and inclusion, intentional coaching, and standards-based practices.
